Structure and key staff

As one of the fastest growing companies in music education, DoSoMi Ltd. have gathered a dedicated and highly responsive team to support music teachers and make creative and well-rounded music education more accessible to learners in China.

The company is governed by members of the Executive Board. The Executive Board is also responsible for designating leaders in the senior management team and the Teaching and Research team.

The senior management team is responsible for general operations of the company, such as product design and development, community management, business development and more.

The Teaching and Research team runs the “content side.” It is responsible for curriculum and teaching plan development, online course development, training workshops, and building a team of senior instructors.

Both the Senior Management team and the Teaching and Research team work closely together to continue creating highly acclaimed and helpful tools and services for teaching and learning.
